Win-Win or No Deal
At SIG, we always say Win-Win or No Deal. From our perspective, 1031 Exchanges must be win-win for both the buyer and the seller — if it’s not in the best interest of both parties, we’ll never recommend the deal. For the seller, we get the highest price possible for the asset. For the buyer, we approach every deal with a holistic perspective based on their entire portfolio. Our goal might be better cash-flow, the right tenant, or increasing overall equity, but any deal we sign will absolutely be win-win.
